1.      What is the purpose of the site?

a.       The site was created for professionals to interact with clients all over the world, 24 hours a day. Professionals can advertise their business, provide consultations in all areas of their expertise and advertise as a referral source on our website.

2.      How do I know if I am right for this site?

a.       There is no right or wrong person. Most professionals are welcome on to the site, after passing our approval process. If we do not have a spot for you, we can make one! Just contact us.

3.      What makes this site different from others?

a.       This site is different than most because we strive for quality and follow ethics consistent with associations such as the Better Business Burerau, ACA, and APA. Our professionals must pass an approval process, we verify any license or certification listed by professionals. Our custom chat system provides thousands of confidential one on one private chats and group (seminar) chats with thousands of clients and professionals all at one time. We have the highest security available on the internet at this time to allow for confidentially of all consultations.

4.      Do I have to do all the modes of communication or can I pick and choose?

a.       The professional will chose which modality they will offer, such as phone, email or live chat. You can chose to offer one or all, its up to you. The more you chose the more you have to offer your clients.

5.      How do I resize my picture to work on the site?

a.       If you have paint or microsoft, you can click the resize button and change the pixels to be small enough to fit the websites requirements (size specification located next to the picture upload).

6.      Where do I report an issue with the site?

a.       You can click on our “Contact Us” link located at the bottom of the page (support@experts-now.com).

7.      How long does it take for approval?

a.       Approval can take up to 24 hours, business days only.

8.      How do I decide what my rate per minute should be?

a.       Only you can decide your rate per minute and what is acceptable to you. A good way to decide is look at what other professionals in your field are offering. Also, it is best to start lower and build your clientele.

9.      What type of licensing do I need to join?

a.       Not all professionals will offer a license, some will offer years of experience. If you list a license or certification on your bio, then we will need to verify it and you will need to upload an image of it on the site. There are all types of knowledge you can share with or without a license.

10.  Does it cost to sign up?

a.       No! That is the best part! The site will take a percentage of the revenue you earn, if you do not create revenue, it doesn’t cost you anything at all.

11.  Forgot my username or password?

a.       Please use the contact us link on the bottom of the homepage, send us an email and administration will get back with you.

12.  What will make me a success on the site?

a.       Be as consistent as possible. If you are online, the client can chose to chat with you! Your paid consultation starts with you being available. The system will display you are available so stay logged in. When a client selects you, a prompt will notify you someone is in your chat room - you make revenue. It is your responsibility to keep track of your appointments and meet with clients on a timely basis. Be diligent about checking your email for messages from support team.
After the session has taken place, the client will automatically receive a rating email. These ratings will be posted on the site so that future clients will see and be able to choose the professionals that are responsible, credible and well liked.

13.  How do I get paid?

a.       The site will take a percentage of the revenue earned right off the top. The funds will be disbursed to the professionals bi-weekly. All contact is tracked between professional and clients. Each transaction is logged beginning with first contact thru end of session and rating email. Every professional has to fill out a W9 with accurate up to date address, social security number, sign, scan and return via email to administration. At year end the professional will receive a 1099 for tax purposes. The site is not responsible for any tax the professional will be responsible to report to IRS.

14.  What software do I download to offer live chat to potential clients?

a.       There is nothing to dowload. Our custom chat system allows you to log in by selecting the LIVE CHAT NOW blue box on the homepage. This will allow you to log in to chat system. There are two questions asked of the professional at log in: type of web cam and type of microphone. The standard and most widely used are the first (top) option of the three (the other two options are for external webcams and microphones).
Once logged in just give your chat room a name and your client will find you there.

1.      How do I decide what professional is right for me?

a.       There are a couple ways to best decide which professional is right for you. Read the professional bio and description of their service, license and experience. Read any reviews that are posted. Email the professional and ask them about themselves or their experience. The best way is to try out a professional. If a professional isn’t for you, contact another one! We have many professionals to choose from. Decide what you are looking for and contact one today!

2.      What makes this site different from others?

a.       This site is different than most because we strive for quality. All our professionals must go through a screening process. Experience, licensing and certifications are verified. Licensing and certifications that are listed include image copies. We do not just accept anyone who says they have a service. We also have the highest security settings on the internet today, making each consultation strictly confidential.

3.      Does it cost me to sign up?

a.       No! Signing up and joining the site is completely free of charge.

4.      How do I schedule an appointment?

a.       Chose the schedule now button next to the professional of your choice. Chose the modality you would like, chat, phone or email. Chose the day, time and submit for payment through our confidential paypal system. You can also use credit cards if you do not have a paypal account. Your appointment is scheduled and the professional is notified. The professional will contact you via email if there is any issue or conflict with date or time. Your appoint is set and your session will take place according to what works for you!

5.      When and how do I pay?

a.       When you chose your desired day and time, the system will required you to submit for payment at the bottom of the screen. Using our confidential paypal system, you can chose to pay with your paypal account or use credit cards if you do not have a paypal account. Please use the contact us on bottom of the homepage if you have any problems or questions.

6.      Is it confidential?

a.       The site has high securities settings which make your sign up and chosen services completely confidential.

8.      What software do I download to talk to the professional of my choice via live chat?

a.       There are many software options to pick from. The professional will offer different programs and as the client, you can email the professional requesting any chat program you would like to use. All the chat programs used by professionals are free to download.

9.      How do I download the software for live chat?

a.       Skype- go to skype.com and follow the downloading instructions and create a username for yourself
AIM- go to aim.com and follow the downloading instructions and create a username for yourself
